Here we sit at Airstream central(the Mothership!) In for a few adjustments and routine maintenance. We have been camped out in the waiting room since 7 AM and it is now noon. BORING!!!
We" hit" the road on Thursday, June 26th. After an overnight stop just South of Cincinnati we arrived at the farm of Hank and Jolie Fichter in Minerva,Ohio. They fled New Jersey and truly "bought" the farm! They are on 18 beautiful rolling acres. They have a huge lake that has wide mouth bass and Canadian geese. Their home was built in stages beginning in the early 18oo's. When they are not working outside the home, they are working on the home (house and 2 out buildings!). They have a great new garden that is producing all the lettuce, herbs, onions and soon potatoes that they can eat! It was a wonderful 2 days. Thanks guys for the warm welcome!!
After Airstream we leave for Cheybogan State Park(MI). Can't be soon enough!!
