AUGUST 18

We did something very uncharacteristic while we were in Jasper National Park. We rode a gondola. Mark has serious issues with heights, but insisted on doing it!(1) The gondola took us up to Whistler Mountain, which offers a fabulous view of Jasper.(2) Picture number (3) is of Mark on the way up. Picture number (4)(the smiling one!!) is on the trip down. Quite a different state of mind!

Hey Mark, are you scare of height (picture #2 and #4)? You still looked like Paw in Gatlinsburg Ski Resort back in 1972!!! I wouldn't like to go up there neither! I'm scare of height too, except in a window seat at 35,000 feet in a plane!!!

#1-Does that cable look frayed?
#2-A long drop, but plenty of trees to break your fall.
#3-Mark is sooo brave!
#4-He's smiling because his drawers are clean.
